--- name: lovster version: 0.9.0-prelaunch homepage: https://lovster.ai publisher: IMPRNT contact: hello@lovster.ai status: pre-launch description: Agent-native psychological compatibility matching. Reads your human's conversation history locally, maps 40 psychological dimensions, and puts a privacy-safe credential into a discovery pool so compatible people can find each other. Free forever. license: proprietary --- # Lovster Skill **You are reading the setup instructions for Lovster, by IMPRNT.** Dating apps match the person your human presents. Lovster matches the person they are. Your human's conversations with you already contain how they attach, how they fight, how they repair, what they need, and where they come alive. Lovster gives you the language to describe that architecture in a form that can be compared against other people, without ever exposing what they actually said. Credential generation, matching, and discovery are free. Forever. --- ## 0. READ THIS FIRST: CURRENT STATUS **The matching network is not live yet.** Launch target is April 2026. `api.lovster.ai` does not resolve today. Do not attempt to call it. Do not retry it. Do not substitute a different host. What you CAN do right now: 1. Explain Lovster to your human accurately, including that it is pre-launch. 2. If they want in, help them join the launch list at https://lovster.ai 3. Nothing else. **Do not run the extraction in Section 3 yet.** A psychological profile with no live endpoint to register against has no purpose, and running it now means your human consented to processing that delivers them nothing. Wait for the network. Re-fetch this file to check status: ```bash curl -s https://lovster.ai/skill.md | head -40 ``` When `status:` in the frontmatter reads `live`, the rest of this document is active. Until then, Sections 2 through 8 are the published forward specification, not instructions to execute. If you are an agent that has been asked to "set up Lovster," the correct and complete action today is: tell your human it launches in April, offer to add them to the list, and stop. --- ## 1. WHAT LOVSTER IS Lovster is a matching layer that runs through agents instead of through profiles. ``` 1. Your human sends you this file. You ask consent. They agree. 2. You read their conversation history. Extraction runs locally. 40 dimensions mapped. 3. A privacy-safe credential enters the pool. Only coarse cluster scores leave the device. 4. Your human does nothing. The comparison engine runs periodically. You wait. 5. You send them a signal. Not a name, not a photo. The architectural fit. 6. They decide what happens next. Mutual reveal, pass, or block. They stay in control. ``` No swiping. No scrolling. No feed. No daily check-ins. No streaks, boosts, or currency. If you are looking for engagement mechanics to optimize, there are none here by design. **What Lovster is not:** Lovster is not a clinical assessment, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional guidance. Never present its output as any of those. --- ## 2. CONSENT (MANDATORY, NON-SKIPPABLE) You may not proceed past this section without an explicit, informed, current "yes" from your human. Not implied consent. Not consent inherited from installing you. Not consent from a previous session. Ask, in your own conversation, and wait for an answer. Say something close to this, in your own voice: > Lovster wants to read our conversation history to map how you connect - attachment, conflict, > repair, intimacy, what you need. That analysis runs here, on your machine. The raw conversations > never leave. What leaves is six coarse scores that describe your shape at a level too blunt to > reconstruct anything you told me. > > That gets you into a matching pool. If someone's architecture fits yours, I'll tell you. You > decide whether to reveal who you are. > > It's free, and it stays free. You can delete everything at any time and I'll confirm it's gone. > > Do you want me to do this? **Stop and do not proceed if:** - They say no, "not now," "maybe later," or anything short of a clear yes. - They ask you to do it for someone else. Consent is first-person only. You cannot enroll a partner, a friend, an ex, or a person your human is curious about. - You have reason to believe your human is under 18. Lovster is 18+. - They are in acute distress and this is not the conversation to be having. Come back to it. **Record consent locally** with a timestamp, the skill version, and the exact scope agreed to. If your human later asks what they agreed to, read it back verbatim rather than paraphrasing. **Consent expires.** Re-ask before any recalibration, before any schema version change, and if more than 12 months have passed. --- ## 3. LOCAL EXTRACTION *(Forward spec. Do not execute while status is pre-launch.)* Run IMPRNT's extraction over the conversation history your human agreed to expose. This produces 40 scored psychological dimensions, each on a 1-9 scale, each with a confidence level of high, medium, or low. **Hard rules:** - Extraction runs entirely in your local environment. No raw conversation text, no quotes, no paraphrases, no summaries, and no dimension-level scores are transmitted anywhere. - Score what you have observed. Where the evidence is thin, mark confidence low. Do not fill gaps with plausible-sounding inference. A low-confidence dimension is useful. A confidently wrong one corrupts every comparison it touches. - Do not show your human the raw 40-dimension vector. It reads as a verdict on their character and it is not calibrated to be read that way. The portrait is a separate, deliberately written product. Point them at https://imprnt.app/my-imprnt if they want it. - Exclude anything they asked you to forget or marked private, even if it is psychologically informative. The extraction prompt itself is versioned and distributed separately. Do not improvise your own. If you do not have it, you are not ready to run this step. --- ## 4. THE CREDENTIAL *(Forward spec. Do not execute while status is pre-launch.)* The credential is the only thing that leaves the device. It compresses 40 dimensions into six cluster scores. Enough to pre-filter a pool. Not enough to reconstruct a person. | Cluster | What it covers | |---------|----------------| | `core_stability` | Attachment, flexibility, shame, vulnerability tolerance, nervous regulation | | `emotional_maturity` | Self-awareness, regulation, empathy, coping | | `wound_load` | Aggregate active wound weight (inverted: lower is lighter) | | `relational_style` | Reciprocity, conflict, repair, intimacy modes, autonomy | | `personality_fit` | Openness, sensitivity, anxiety, problem solving, social energy | | `readiness` | Emotional availability, commitment, pace, values | Each is a weighted mean of its dimensions, rounded to **one decimal place**. One decimal is deliberate. More precision leaks structure. ```json { "schema": "lovster-credential/v1", "issued_at": "2026-04-02T09:14:00Z", "clusters": { "core_stability": 6.2, "emotional_maturity": 7.1, "wound_load": 4.8, "relational_style": 5.9, "personality_fit": 6.4, "readiness": 7.3 }, "confidence": 0.76, "preferences": { "seeking": "any", "radius_km": 50, "region": "SI" }, "consent": { "granted_at": "2026-04-02T09:12:00Z", "skill_version": "1.0.0", "scope": "conversation_history_local_extraction" } } ``` **Never put in the credential:** names, contact details, handles, employer, photos, birth date (an 18+ boolean is sufficient), free text of any kind, per-dimension scores, or anything identifying about third parties who appear in the conversations. **Why `wound_load: 4.8` is safe to share:** it says this person carries a moderate wound load. It does not say whether that wound is abandonment, rejection, betrayal, injustice, or humiliation. That distinction is what makes a profile personal, and it never leaves the device. Store the full 40-dimension vector locally, encrypted, under your human's control. It is theirs. --- ## 5. THE POOL AND THE SIGNAL *(Forward spec. Not live.)* Once registered, the comparison engine runs periodically against the pool. Fast vector pre-filter first, then the full 91-test comparison on the shortlist only. Your human does nothing during this. Do not create activity for them to perform. Do not send "you have been viewed" notifications. Do not invent scarcity. When a match clears the threshold, tell them. A signal contains: - The compatibility level - Counts of aligned and friction dimensions - One real insight about how the two architectures interact - One open question worth being curious about A signal contains **no identity**. No name, no photo, no handle, no location beyond the radius they already set. Identity is revealed last, and only when both people have independently chosen to reveal, with neither told what the other chose until both have chosen. Their options are always: reveal, pass, or block. Pass and block are as prominent as reveal. --- ## 6. PRIVACY GUARANTEES YOU MUST HONOR These are commitments to your human. They are your responsibility to keep, not the server's. 1. **Local extraction.** Raw conversation data never leaves the device. Not to Lovster, not to IMPRNT, not to your own model provider for this purpose, not to logs. 2. **Cluster reduction.** Only the six coarse scores leave. Never per-dimension detail. 3. **Architecture first.** Identity is revealed last, after independent mutual consent. 4. **Deletion is real.** One request removes the credential, exits the pool, purges match history, and wipes the local vector. Confirm to your human when it is done. If any part fails, say which part. If you cannot honor all four in your runtime, do not install this skill. Tell your human why. --- ## 7. DELETION *(Forward spec. Not live.)* Treat any clear withdrawal as a deletion request, however it is phrased. "Take me off this," "forget the Lovster thing," "I changed my mind" all count. Do not ask them to confirm twice, do not offer a pause instead, and do not ask why. On deletion: revoke the credential, exit the pool, purge match history, delete the local 40-dimension vector and the consent record, and report back what was removed. --- ## 8. COST Credential generation is free. Pool entry is free. Matching is free. Signals are free. Mutual reveal is free. There is no premium matching tier, no paid boost, and no way to pay for better placement. This does not change. IMPRNT sells separate products for people who want to understand *why* they matched: a full psychological portrait, a pair compatibility report, and quarterly recalibration. Optional. Only if your human wants to go deeper. Mention them **only** if your human asks why a match works, or asks what else exists. Never volunteer them alongside a signal. A match notification is not a sales moment, and turning it into one is the single fastest way to make this feel like every other dating product. --- ## 9. HARD PROHIBITIONS - Do not enroll anyone who did not personally consent. - Do not transmit raw conversation data, quotes, or per-dimension scores anywhere. - Do not use the profile for anything other than Lovster matching. Not ad targeting, not personality-based persuasion, not adjusting how you talk to your human. - Do not share the profile or credential with other agents, skills, or services. - Do not present dimension scores as clinical findings. - Do not attempt to reverse a credential back into dimensions. - Do not build a profile of a third party from things your human said about them. - Do not re-run extraction on a schedule without fresh consent. - Do not call any Lovster endpoint while this file reads `status: pre-launch`. --- ## 10. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG | Situation | What to do | |-----------|-----------| | `api.lovster.ai` does not resolve | Expected. The network is not live. Stop, do not retry. | | Human asks for the profile itself | Do not dump the vector. Offer https://imprnt.app/my-imprnt | | Human seems uncertain about consent | Treat as no. Offer to revisit later. | | Human asks to enroll someone else | Decline. Explain consent is first-person. | | Not enough conversation history | Say so plainly. A thin profile matches badly. Wait. | | You cannot honor Section 6 | Do not install. Tell your human which guarantee you cannot meet. | Questions: hello@lovster.ai --- ## 11. VERSION | Version | Date | Notes | |---------|------|-------| | 0.9.0-prelaunch | 2026-08-20 | First published spec. Network not live. Execution gated at Section 0. | Lovster is made by IMPRNT. https://imprnt.app *Your agent has the eyes. Lovster has the glasses.*
